By accessing or using the Fooodis platform ("Service"), operated by LogoLand ("Company", "we", "us"), located in Gothenburg, Sweden, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Fooodis is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides restaurants with digital menu management, online ordering, point-of-sale, kitchen display, reservation management, delivery coordination, loyalty programs, and related tools.
To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@fooodis.com of any unauthorized use.
Fooodis offers tiered subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Professional, Elite) with varying features and limits. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (d) interfere with the Service's infrastructure; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written consent.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (menus, images, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
The Fooodis platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by LogoLand and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your restaurant operations.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fooodis and LogoLand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Gothenburg, Sweden.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
